This article covers a step-by-step approach to help you fix issues related to the host software (game) or motion code.
Step 1: | Download and install the latest version of Motion Core. |
Step 2: |
From ''Control Panel'' application, perform a motion & communication test. Select your device (on the left) then press the ‘’Test’’ button: The test should move the D-BOX system in a continuous determined pattern. If the system does not move, you have some hardware issues. Please visit our knowledge base to find the issue causing this problem. |
Step 3: |
If you are using a game (not your own simulation software), open D-BOX Game Center and make sure the game is correctly installed. If the game is not found (as shown below), the default path used by the Game Center does not match the one on your computer. Find our ''Game not found article''. |
Step 4: |
Reinstall the motion code or update to the latest version. If your game is on Game Center, you can check the version of the motion code directly on the Game Center. If the game is not on the Game Center, you can check the version here: Go to C:\ProgramData\D-BOX\Gaming\LiveMotion\[GAME NAME]\dbxlive32-64.dll. Right click on properties/Details. |
Step 5: |
Make sure to launch the game from the Game Center. |
