If you're ready to race, read this article to discover how to activate D-BOX haptic in Gran Turismo 7!
Note: Although Gran Turismo is a PS5 console game, D-BOX haptics can be enabled only using a PC. It cannot be enabled using a HEMC or a HaptiSync Hub. See detailed instructions below. |

ACCOUNT & SUBSCRIPTION (1st time only) If not already done, create your D-BOX Connect account. |

SOFTWARE DOWNLOAD (1st time only) If not already done, download and install the latest version of D-BOX HaptiSync Center Software. It is available in the Software Downloads section of our website. If you have a Motion 1 chair and have installed Master Plus already, you can skip this step. |

ACTIVATION (1st time only) Make sure your computer is activated and linked to your D-BOX Connect account using HaptiSync Center. |

Open HaptiSync Center. |

LOG IN When prompted, login to your D-BOX Connect account. |

In the HaptiSync Mode section, set the HaptiSync Mode to D-BOX Coded Gaming. Click Library to access the gaming haptic code library and select Gran Turismo 7 to install the haptic code. |

Take note of your PlayStation's IP Address. It can be found in Settings -> Network -> Connection Status. It MUST be connected to a network. |

Start Gran Turismo 7 and make it all the way to the start of a race with control. Pause the game. |

On your Windows PC, select Gran Turismo 7 in the game library and click on Haptic Settings & Profile Selection. Enter your PlayStation's IP Address and click Save All. |

Go back in HaptiSync Center and click on Launch to launch the game and activate the haptic code of your game. D-BOX hardware will initialize and render haptic feedback while the user has vehicle controls. |
