D-BOX HaptiSync Activation - with D-BOX HaptiSync Center

This article explains how to complete your D-BOX activation using the HaptiSync Center.

1.

Open D-BOX HaptiSync Center.

The app can be launched either from your desktop shortcut, the Windows Start Menu or from MasterPlus (software available if you own a Cooler Master Motion 1 chair)

In the System tab, the HaptiSync Activation verification button displays a red exclamation icon and “Activation Required” if HaptiSync has not been activated.

If you already have a D-BOX Connect account, the following screen appears. Click Confirm.

After clicking Confirm, you will see a confirmation.

You might need to enter your login and password for your D-BOX Connect account.

If you do not already have a D-BOX Connect account, you will be able to create one while activating your PC.

Return to HaptiSync Center.   

Under HaptiSync Activation, you will see that your PC is now linked to your D-BOX Connect account.

If you purchased a subscription to use the D-BOX Coded Video mode, a "Downloading content..." notification appears at the Haptic Content Download verification button. 

The initial content download may take a couple of hours.

Your computer is now linked to your D-BOX Connect account.
