Troubleshooting network issues

Motion Controller refers to your HEMC or your HaptiSync Hub.

Step 1:

Before you start, we recommend you update the motion controller to its latest software version. Please open this link in a new window and follow the recommended steps:

Step 2:

Make sure the motion controller is well connected to the wi-fi network.

We strongly suggest connecting it directly (through a wired connection).

Step 3:

Was there any change in the network recently?

Make sure that the TeamViewer and Amazon Web Services ports are white listed on the firewall.
