You can perform reconfiguration and reprogramming tasks autonomously with our D-BOX System Configurator.
You are responsible for forwarding all the appropriate information to our team so we can thoroughly understand your project and reprogram your system to make it functional. We are not responsible for any damage to the system caused by programming consistent with the information provided in this document.
Prerequisites
First, make sure you have the latest version of D-BOX Motion Core installed on your PC before installing and running the D-BOX System Configurator.
The D-BOX Motion Core package is available at: https://www.d-box.com/en/software-downloads
Download, extract and install (Setup.exe) the D-BOX System Configurator. The package is available at: https://www.d-box.com/en/software-downloads
NOTE: The D-BOX System Configurator is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10 & 11 - 64 bits.
Reprogram G3 systems
You can perform all reprogramming and reconfiguration tasks autonomously on all G3 systems.
Please follow the instructions detailed in the D-BOX System Configurator User Guide.
Reprogram G2 systems
You can perform most reconfiguration tasks autonomously on G2 systems. Please follow the instructions detailed in the D-BOX System Configurator User Guide.
However, if you need our assistance for reprogramming, please note you need to get an appointment with our team at least 24h before and provide the following information.
Reprogram G1 systems
No reprogramming or reconfiguration tasks can be done autonomously on G1 systems.
Moreover, you will need an MK4 (special reconfiguration tool) to assure the connection with our programmation tools.

- TeamViewer ID and password
- Time Zone and preferred date and time
- Email and other contact information
System information for the ''old'' configuration and the ''new'' one
- Serial Number of the D-BOX system
- Number of actuators
- Configuration/position of each actuator
- Intended movement
