ACM Mode LED

LED Status	Potential Cause	Corrective Action
Off	ACM not powered	Make sure your ACM fits your country/region’s voltage. Verify that the power cord is firmly connected.
Green	Platform servo active (platform is in Control mode) System is applying power to the motors
Orange	Platform servo deactivated (Standby mode) System is parked and actuators are free	Considered normal behavior during certain system states (e.g. Error Recovery).
Red	Missing communication (cannot assert mode)	Considered normal behavior during certain system states (Park mode). Make sure all network cables are firmly connected. Make sure the Communication Unit (KCU-1X, KCU-1P) is properly connected to the PC.

Actuator Status LED

LED Status	Potential Cause	Corrective Action
Off	N/A	N/A
Green	No fault. Platform is ready for haptic playback. All actuators have completed their homing sequence	N/A
Orange	Platform is verifying the actuators' stroke (Actuator verification: Homing sequence)	Normal behavior during the homing sequence
Red	Platform not ready for playback – error present.	See HaptiSync Center (Haptic Output tab) for more details

Actuator Fault LED

LED Status	Potential Cause	Corrective Action
Off	N/A
Green	No fault
Orange	Actuator fault. The unit will re-initialize by itself after a few minutes. A delay of 30 seconds before the system tries to recover	Make sure there are no foreign objects blocking the actuators See HaptiSync Center (Haptic Output tab) for more details
Red	Actuator fault. Manual re-initialization required.

KC Command LED
