Troubleshooting using LED status (G3 ACM)

This section covers the status LEDs located on your ACM G3.

ACM Mode LED

ACM not powered

  • Make sure your ACM fits your country voltage.
  • Make sure the power cord is firmly connected.

Green

Platform servo active (platform is in control mode)

System is applying power to the motors

 

Orange

Platform servo deactivated (standby mode)

System is parked and actuators are free

  • Can be a normal behavior during certain system states (error recovery).

Red

Missing communication (cannot assert mode)

  • Can be a normal behavior during certain system states (park mode).
  • Make sure all network cables are firmly connected.
  • Make sure the KCU-1P is properly connected to the PC.

Platform is verifying the actuators stroke

A delay of 30 sec before the system tries to recover

  • Make sure there is no foreign objects blocking the actuators.
