      Troubleshooting Motion Engine license issues

      If you're experiencing D-BOX Motion Engine license issues, then read the article below to discover how to resolve them.

      Step 1:

      		 Open the computer hosting the Motion Engine.

      Step 2:

      Download and extract the MotionPlayerLicenseRequest.zip file into a temporary folder then run the LicenseRequest.exe file.

      Step 3:

      Send back the ‘’dlr’’ file to support.
