HaptiSync Center - Release Notes

This article briefly details specific changes included in the product update (recent changes, feature enhancements, or bug fixes). HaptiSync Center replaces Motion Core as of January 8, 2025.

 

 HaptiSync Center 1.3.0 (haptic code updates) –  May 2026

  • Game added (May 8)
    • Star Citizen (Initial relase - flight only)
  • Haptic code updated (May 4)
    • Assetto Corsa Rally: Fixed missing engine vibration with default settings.
    • Le Mans Ultimate:
      • Fixed missing engine vibration
      • Stronger high-speed additional surface texture

HaptiSync Center 1.3.0 – April 29, 2026

  • Features

    • HaptiSync API is now available, enabling various types of software and hardware integrations.
    • The D‑BOX HaptiSync plugin for Stream Deck is now available, allowing users to manage multiple haptic settings without opening HaptiSync Center.
    • A new option in the Help tab simplifies log export, often needed when contacting our support team.
    • Users can now unlink their D‑BOX Connect account directly from HaptiSync Center.
    • Improvements to the auto‑update function, including:
      • Increased update window size
      • Updated intervals for update prompts
    • The System tab has been renamed Software for improved clarity.
    • HaptiSync Center now displays the full serial number of the KCU‑1X.
    • HaptiSync Center now generates a fault notification when more ACMs or G5 Bridges are connected than supported on a KCU‑1X.
    • HaptiSync Center can now be installed using a silent install process.
  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where users with non‑English Windows installations could not see the System Overview and 3D visualization.
    • Fixed an issue where hyperlinks in the haptic code installation instructions were broken.
    • Fixed an issue where a D-BOX haptic code update would trigger an error message in HaptiSync Center.
    • Fixed an issue where HaptiSync Center would not detect an installed haptic code and incorrectly prompted users to reinstall it.
    • Various bug fixes.

HaptiSync Center 1.2.2 (haptic code updates) –  April 2026

  • Haptic code updated (April 8)

    • Le Mans Ultimate: Major updates have been made to the Motion Settings Panel. This update will replace the previous Motion Settings Panel and existing profiles, resolving the intensity issues present in the earlier motion code version.
  • Haptic code updated (April 2)

    • Le Mans Ultimate: fix after game update. Added additional gearshift and tuned skid vibrations

    • X-Plane 12: Added engine start vibration effect and controls in Motion UI 

HaptiSync Center 1.2.2 – February 11, 2026

Bug Fix

    • Fixed haptic stream interruption issues on G5 and G3 haptic systems (with ACM G3 FLEX only)

    • 3D visualisation not adapted when reducing the window to the minimum. 

HaptiSync Center 1.2.1 – February 4, 2026

  • Features

    • Added the initial support for the new KCU-1X, which will replace the existing KCU-1P for the majority of new G3 haptic system installations.  Important: A driver must be installed when applying this update. You will need to approve the installation. If the driver is not installed, the KCU-1X will not function if you add one to your setup later.
    • Added the ability to maximize or minimize the application window for improved usability.
    • Mouse Back button support: You can now use the Back button on your mouse within HaptiSync Center.
    • Slight modifications to the Overview and Diagnostics sections for clearer information display.
  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed an issue where connecting your haptic system to your PC and launching HaptiSync Center could take up to a minute or more for the system to appear in the interface.
    • Fixed an issue where the D-BOX Coded Gaming Library status was not updating.
    • Fixed an issue where the D-BOX Connect linking pop-up window was not closing automatically.
    • Fixed an issue where disconnecting an actuator or ACM displayed incorrect status in HaptiSync Center.
    • Various bug fixes.
  • Known issues

    • 3D visualisation not adapted when reducing the window to the minimum.

  • Haptic code updated (Dec 10)
    • Assetto Corsa: reduced skid vibration threshold, gear shift kick amelioration and heave adjustments for vertical acceleration

    • Assetto Corsa Rally: New additional surface texture type and settings in Motion Panel.  Also implemented an adjustment for yaw and bigger strokes (3-6 inch)

HaptiSync Center 1.2.0 – Octobre 29, 2025

    • Integration of D-BOX System Monitor into HaptiSync Center
      • Same functionalities as the existing D-BOX System Monitor
      • Improved layout for better usability
    • Improved launching method for certain games
    • Introduction of an interim System Monitor Recording module (while the Recording functionality integration into HaptiSync Center is in development)
  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from using HaptiSync Center
    • Fixed an issue that prevented some users from installing certain game haptic codes
    • Fixed a delay in displaying the game poster for newly added games
    • Fixed a refresh issue with the install/reinstall haptic code button
    • Fixed a “bouncing” issue with the Mute button and Intensity Sliders
    • Fixed an issue causing instability when switching modes

  • Known Issue

    • When connecting your haptic system to your PC and launching HaptiSync Center, it may take up to a minute or more for the system to appear in the software interface. During this time, you may see the error message: “Unable to display the haptic system(s)”. This issue typically resolves itself automatically.

HaptiSync Center 1.1.2 (haptic code updates) –  July & August 2025

    • Prepar3D V5 and V6: Resolved an issue where the motion plugin would not resume working after the simulation crashed or ended abruptly.
  • Haptic code updated (July 3):
    • iRacing: Fixed an issue with open wheel cars (excessive vibration issues).

HaptiSync Center 1.0.3 (haptic code updates) - March 2025

  • Haptic codes updated (March 19, 2025): 
    • iRacing:  Haptic code update that fixes an issue with the suspension haptic effects, which could, in some cases, cause a general slowdown of the haptic platform.

HaptiSync Center 1.0.3 - February 25, 2025

  • UI Improvements
    • Added automatic game launch button activation after haptic code installation
    • Optimized scroll bar behavior to appear only when content exceeds window size
  • Bug Fixes
    • Resolved BitDefender false positive detection of System Monitor component
    • Fixed HaptiSync Center launch issues for Standard User accounts

HaptiSync Center 1.0.2 (haptic code updates) - February 2025

  • Haptic codes updated (February 17): 
    • F1 23:  New haptic settings added for Sway and Surge.  Available for customers with 5 or 6 DOF platforms.
    • iRacing
      • Resolved an issue where the motion plugin would occasionally freeze when the game crashed during the loading screen, preventing haptics from being enabled after game restart.
      • Resolved an issue where under certain conditions, the motion plugin would not release memory, potentially creating a memory leak.
      • Added logging to better identify future issues.
    • Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024:  Fixed an issue where, under specific conditions, the motion plugin would not close when the game crashed, preventing users from experiencing D-BOX haptics in other games.
    • Assetto Corsa:
      • Fixed an issue where, under specific conditions, the motion plugin would not close when the game crashed, preventing users from experiencing D-BOX haptics in other games.
      • Added logging to better identify future issues.

HaptiSync Center 1.0.2 - January 29, 2025

  •  Features
    • Support for ACM G3 FLEX
  • UI Update
    • Disabled intensity sliders when the haptic system is muted (for haptic systems not connected via a KAI).
    • Added a scroll bar to the HaptiSync Center window to improve visibility when the window exceeds the screen size. Note: The scroll bar appears only when the window is maximized.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Resolved an issue where installation via the command prompt incorrectly returned an exit code of 1223.
  • Known issue:
    • Initial launch time of HaptiSync Center can take up to 10 seconds.

The new HaptiSync Center replaces Motion Core and introduces a set of updated and integrated features designed to improve your experience:

    • And a short cut to System Monitor for troubleshooting and the Adaptive Gaming Configurator to select and modify profiles.
