To provide you with the best experience possible, we’ve migrated your D-BOX Connect account to a new system that will allow us to better serve you.

3 steps to regain access to your D-BOX account

To regain access to your D-BOX Connect account, you must simply reset your password using this link.

For those who own a HaptiSync product such as an HEMC, HaptiSync Hub or a standalone Motion Engine installation, please know that your device must be reactivated once it has been updated to the latest version. You can do this following these simple instructions:


Step 1:  Install and launch the D-BOX HaptiSync app (available on Android and iOS via their respective app stores; available for Windows on our website).
Step 2:

Open the HaptiSync app home page. If you see a message saying “Activation Required,” go directly to step 3.

If the message displayed is "System Update Required," it means that your device has yet to receive the corresponding update. This should have been done automatically. If it was not, please reach out to us via the Help Center.


Step 3:

Select the device showing "Activation Required" from the HaptiSync home page and proceed with the on-screen instructions to get back up and moving.
